At Bare Earth Collective, each order is carefully packed in Alice Springs, Northern Territory.

Processing Time
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. During new product launches, promotions or busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer.

Shipping
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Estimated delivery times (once dispatched):
Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days*
Express Shipping: 2-5 business days*

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout based on your order and selected shipping method.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel.

Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Bare Earth Collective cannot be responsible for delays or additional postage costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you immediately recognise your shipping address is wrong, please get in touch with Bare Earth Collective via email and label heading as "URGENT" with order number and we will do our best to change this on the system. Please note, this may not always occur, and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the right address is provided.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is managed by the carrier. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
