Returns and Refunds Policy

At Bare Earth Collective, we take great care in handcrafting each product using thoughtfully selected ingredients. If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you simply decide you no longer want the product. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the incorrect item, please try and contact us within the first 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product

Where appropriate we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. We want to make sure all of our customers are satisfied, and we will do what we can to resolve all issues.

Return Shipping
If a return is warranted due to a faulty or incorrect item, we will advise you of the return process and cover any reasonable return postage where required.
